Synopsis

Lydia Ourahmane presents For Voice, a work created in collaboration with her sister Sarah Ourahmane. Evoking places of memory and intimacy, this new piece features a musical composition written for two visually impaired singers. The score, written in Braille, is incorporated into the gallery walls and performed by the two singers. In their absence, a robotic audio system plays the composition as it moves through the gallery space.
