From October 2024 to April 2025, participants of various ages experimented with and helped to rewrite a set of statements on performative practices devised by choreographer David Marques, across four municipal libraries. Sessions based on the premise “What if we danced using words?” were held every two weeks, resulting in a book documenting the process that serves as a guide for anyone wishing to venture into dance. This performance celebrates the addition of the book to the Almeida Garrett Municipal Library’s collection.
